The first phase focuses on Genesis cohorts—these early Members shape the tone of the network and define the quality of interactions. The next phase expands the network through invites while opening doors to Users who provide liquidity and support. With a stable and active community in place, governance and the PRTY token take on a larger role, aligning long-term platform development with the people who contribute to it.
