Pairing is PAIRTY's mechanism for creating focused, intentional interactions between Members. It provides structure around conversations that would otherwise be lost in the noise of traditional platforms.
How Pairing Works
When two Members choose to pair, they signal clear interest in speaking and commit a portion of their personal tokens to the interaction. This shared commitment encourages both sides to take the exchange seriously and establishes clear expectations for follow-through.
The pairing process:
- Records whether interaction took place
- Measures whether both participants engaged meaningfully
- Rewards successful pairings in PRTY
- Builds visible reputation history

Proof of Interaction
Pairing success is verified through a Proof of Interaction (PoI) system. The system records whether the interaction took place, whether both participants engaged, and whether they contributed meaningfully. This verification step ensures that rewards go to Members who actually connect—not those who game the system.
Anti-Collusion Safeguards
PAIRTY is designed to naturally favor open, diverse engagement patterns that reflect genuine interest and value creation. To maintain network integrity, the platform implements safeguards against coordinated abuse:
- Diversity over repetition: The design favors engagement diversity; repetitive pairings between the same parties carry diminishing weight
